Perron Mozaique - de Hofbogen

With its Motel Mozaique multi-arts festival in 2007, the Hofbogen project office was anticipating the future urban developments in Pompenburg and more specifically the transformation of Hofplein Station into a new entertainment district. This programme started on 14 and 15 April 2007. That weekend, Hofplein Station was used as a festival venue and for the festival was renamed Perron Mozaique. For the duration of this weekend it provided a location for architecture, art and culture in the broadest sense of the word. The showpiece was the scaffolding structure built by Observatorium, which was used as a hotel and stage and offered a spectacular view of the centre of Rotterdam and the Hofplein railway line.
